Yes, since 2016
A championship that kept outgrowing its website.
When we first started working with MINI CHALLENGE in 2016, it was a considerably smaller championship. Since then it has grown into one of the UK’s leading one-make series and now runs as part of the British Touring Car Championship package, with live television coverage and the media attention that comes with it.
Each stage of that growth asked something different of the website. It had to keep serving the drivers already racing while making a convincing case to the ones thinking about it.

01
A website that has kept pace with the championship
There have been several versions of the MINI CHALLENGE website over the years, each built around where the championship was at the time. The current site sets out what the series offers, carries the information competitors need through a season, and makes the route in clear for anyone considering it.
02
Making it straightforward to enter
Getting a driver onto the grid means collecting a lot of detail accurately. We built the entry forms and the processes around them so the championship can gather what it needs from entrants without the whole thing turning into an admin exercise.

Content, social and email through the season
Alongside the website we work on content, social media and email campaigns that run with the racing calendar. It keeps the championship visible between rounds and gives drivers, teams and fans a reason to keep paying attention.
The championship
Racing on the biggest stage in British motorsport.
MINI CHALLENGE runs as part of the British Touring Car Championship package, which puts its grid in front of large race weekend crowds and a live television audience. For drivers it is competitive, close, and a genuine route into the wider world of British circuit racing.
Stu raced in the championship himself before StuLane began working with it, so we came to the job already knowing what a season asks of a driver.
What the work delivers
A site that matches the championship
The website now reflects a series racing on the BTCC package rather than the smaller championship it once was.
Less admin around entries
Entry forms collect the right information in a structured way, which saves time on both sides.
Support for the drivers too
We have built websites and handled marketing for a number of MINI CHALLENGE drivers alongside the championship itself.
A clearer route in
Prospective drivers can understand what the championship involves and how to enter without having to ask first.
A presence between rounds
Content, social and email keep the championship visible across the season rather than only on race weekends.
Somewhere to grow into
Each version of the site has been built so the next stage of the championship’s growth can be added to it.
