Ongoing support

Yes

More than a local garage.

Arkham Performance already had the knowledge, experience and reputation. What it needed was an online presence that reflected it. Performance-car owners tend to be far more selective about where they take their cars. Someone with a Porsche, M car, AMG, RS model or modified performance car is not simply looking for the nearest garage.

They want reassurance that the people working on it understand the vehicle, know how to look after it and have the experience to give good advice. Arkham needed a website that communicated exactly that, while still supporting the servicing and MOT work that forms an important part of the business.

01

Positioning Arkham as a specialist

We shaped the website around Arkham’s strongest point of difference: genuine knowledge of performance and enthusiast vehicles. Rather than leading solely with servicing and MOTs, the site presents Arkham as a performance automotive specialist that also provides complete workshop support.

02

Building around how enthusiasts choose a workshop

Trust plays a huge role when someone is handing over a valuable or modified car, so the site had to demonstrate experience, knowledge and approachability rather than simply list services and prices. Clear routes were created into servicing, tuning, upgrades, project builds and specialist vehicle services.

Creating a platform for growth

The site gives the business space to showcase builds, specialist services, performance parts and its wider involvement in enthusiast motoring. It also gives a stronger foundation for search and marketing activity aimed at attracting higher-value, better-fit work.

The business

The right garage for the right car.

If you own a performance car, choosing a workshop is about more than finding somewhere that can change the oil. You want people who understand what they are working on, know how the car should be treated, and can give you an informed answer when something does not feel right. The technical ability was already there. Our job was to make sure the online experience gave potential customers the same confidence.

What the work delivers

Stronger positioning

Arkham now presents itself online as the performance specialist it already was offline.

Clearer service journeys

Customers can move between routine maintenance, tuning, upgrades and specialist work without the breadth of services becoming overwhelming.

More room to showcase expertise

Builds, specialist projects and performance services can now play a much bigger role in demonstrating what the team is capable of.

Better-fit customers

The website speaks directly to owners who care about expertise, trust and how their vehicle is treated.

More trust

The site communicates Arkham’s technical knowledge and values rather than relying on generic garage claims.

A platform for ongoing growth

StuLane can keep developing the site, content and search visibility around the types of work Arkham most wants to attract.
