Yes

A new workshop backed by an established automotive name.

Bailey’s had already built a successful reputation through Bailey’s Prestige & Performance, but the launch of Bailey’s Auto Centre represented a new part of the business. With a new workshop unit opening, the team needed a separate website that could introduce the servicing side properly, covering everything from MOTs and routine maintenance to performance upgrades and detailing.

The key challenge was credibility. The website needed to feel established from day one, while clearly explaining that the Auto Centre was part of a wider business with genuine automotive experience behind it.

01

Positioning the new business

We built the site around Bailey’s existing reputation, making the relationship with Bailey’s Prestige & Performance clear while giving the Auto Centre enough identity to stand on its own.

02

Building a clear workshop journey

We structured the site around what customers need from a garage (servicing, MOTs, repairs, diagnostics, detailing and performance work) with clear routes to enquire or book.

03

Creating the imagery rather than finding it

Instead of filling the site with generic automotive stock photography, we organised a dedicated shoot at Donington Park with industry partner Jakob Ebrey Photography. Bailey’s brought vehicles along, including cars carrying the Auto Centre branding, giving us a library of original imagery that could carry the whole visual identity of the website.

The business

The photography gave the new business credibility before a customer had read a word.

Rather than trying to make a new workshop feel established through copy alone, we created the visual assets to prove it. Real cars, Bailey’s own branding and professional track photography gave the new site a level of polish that generic garage imagery never would.

What the work delivers

A shorter enquiry journey

Fewer steps between wanting work done and asking for it. The enquiry route can be reached from every service page.

A stronger search structure

Service and product pages built around how people search (by vehicle, upgrade and location) rather than internal naming.

More professional presentation

The site now matches the standard of work the workshop delivers, which matters when someone is deciding who to trust with their car.

A mobile experience that holds up

Most enthusiast browsing happens on a phone, often in a queue or a paddock. The catalogue and checkout were built for that first.

Easier purchasing

Clear fitment information and fewer decisions at checkout, so orders get finished rather than parked.

Better trust signals

Real photography, real people and visible reviews, placed where a customer is deciding rather than buried on an About page.
