STULANE REFERRAL PROGRAMME – TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Eligibility

The StuLane Referral Programme is open to individuals and businesses who refer new clients to StuLane. By taking part, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Unlimited Referrals

There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make. Each successful referral will be treated as a separate entry and assessed individually.

3. Qualifying Projects

To qualify for a referral reward:

The referred company must begin a new website build project with StuLane.
Projects that relate only to SEO, Google Ads, hosting, maintenance, or taking over an existing site do not qualify.
The referred company must not be a previous or existing StuLane customer.
A project is deemed to have “started” once a signed agreement or deposit has been received by StuLane.

4. Referral Rewards

When a referral qualifies under these terms:

The referrer (you) will receive a £250 payment by bank transfer once the referred company starts their project.
The referred company will receive £300 worth of website hosting credit, based on StuLane’s standard rate of £25 + VAT per month (£300 + VAT total over 12 months).

5. Payment Process for Referrers

If you are a business: You must invoice StuLane for £250 + VAT.
If you are not VAT registered: You should invoice £250 (no VAT).
If you are not a business: You can request payment via email, confirming your full name, address, and bank details.
Payments will only be made once the referred project officially starts (i.e. after deposit payment). No reward will be issued if the referred party does not proceed with their project.

6. Changes & Withdrawal

StuLane reserves the right to amend or withdraw the referral programme, or any aspect of it, at any time and without prior notice. Any valid referrals confirmed prior to withdrawal will still be honoured.

7. General

Rewards cannot be exchanged for other services or cash alternatives (except as specified above).
StuLane’s decision on all matters relating to the referral programme is final.
By participating, you confirm that you have obtained consent from the person or business you are referring to share their contact details with StuLane.
