Background

SnickersUK.com has nearly 30 years experience supplying Snickers Products. The business has continued to grow year on year and we’ve been working closely with them since 2014. SnickersUK.com has taken its business from a high-street store to a large e-commerce shop . This has resulted in moving to a warehouse, no longer requiring the physical shop premises  due to the volume of online orders.

The Problem

As the business has grown rapidly online, the Prestashop e-commerce setup had become difficult to manage and needed a new developer to assist. The shop staff needed a professional developer to help manage the website and deal with any daily technical issues.

Being a very competitive market it’s important to keep the website fresh and  to ensure it’s always online and running as efficiently as possible.

The Solution

Initially, we provided a new Prestashop site with a new, more user-friendly design. Later, we decided to replace the site with a WordPress and WooCommerce site which allowed the Snickers staff to manage the site themselves far more easily so they could efficiently deal with products, customers and orders.

To continue to keep the site fresh we completely redesigned and rebuilt the site from the ground up in 2020 to remove any unnecessary data; this in turn has kept the site running smoothly and reliably.

Alongside website maintenance we also manage the clients Business performance, SEO and Paid Ads. Liaising with the clients regularly we can advise them on the best course of action with the fluctuating retail climate.
