My name is Stuart Lane and I am currently working as an IT manager for a large company in Eastbourne. I spend a lot of my spare time supporting home users with their PCs and Laptops.
I have many satisfied customers and a number of regular customers. I also spend a lot of time developing websites.

Background and Education
The biggest problem in IT Support is competition. Anyone leaving School or College who has built their own computer thinks they know everything there is to know about repairing PCs. This is often good for me though as I regularly get jobs where someone has looked at a PC and it is now in a worst state than it began!

So what's so special about me you ask?
I have been studying and working with computers for over 10 years. With a degree in Computer Science and Network Communications I don't need to compete with School leavers and simply do PC support as a hobby.
